1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Please note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or holidays.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Subscription orders

- Shipping method: We’ll ship orders in bulk via UPS to the fulfillment center, and they’ll handle the shipping within the USA.

International Orders:
- Shipping times for international orders can vary, but typically range from [X] to [X] weeks depending on the destination country.
- International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods
We mainly use Thailand Post for international orders. For USA shipments, we use Fastship (a shipping agent).
4. Customs and Duties
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply to their order. These charges are not included in your shipping fee and are assessed by the destination country’s customs office.
- We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
5. Lost or Damaged Orders

- We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it's sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to avoid delays or incorrect deliveries. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
- Please note that some shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons.
