Processing time: 

Please check the processing time we post on the front page :)

During the sale period, the processing time could be up to 4 weeks. However, we tried to set our goal to the maximum of 2-3 weeks.

 

Return and exchanges:

  • We work on orders fast.. Therefore, once your order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or refunds. All orders are final.
  • Once we shipped your order and sent you the shipping notification, we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail if you choose $2.50 USD non-tracking shipping or give us the wrong address. To secure your order, please add the tracking option. 

Estimated shipping time:

Please note that these are just the estimated days. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. During holiday rush (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year.. orders to overseas especially Canada and U.S.A. take longer time). Meaning that some orders can take up to a full 6 weeks to receive! 

(From our experience, there are many times that we thought the order is lost and we sent the replacement... then the first ordered arrived at the customer). 

  • Hong Kong: 4-7 business days
  • Italy: 3-4 weeks
  • United Kingdom:7-14 business days
  • North America: 14-20 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-15 business days

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. European customers, please beware!

 

Shipping

  • We take photos of all of our orders before ship them.
  • We shipped out orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 
  • We highly recommended you to purchase tracking $4.50 USD to ensure you will received the order (It's signature required only). If you are unable to be at home to receive the goods, please choose the $2.50 USD or change the address to send it to your workplace. 
  • However, if tracking is not added to your order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered mail. We will not replace untracked orders. We only replace orders for tracked orders ($4.50 USD).

    Stickers (Freebies)

    • We will only give the current freebies we are offering. We cannot give you the previous freebies.
    • Some of the freebies conditions, you can pick what you like. However, if you didn't let us know your choices. We will pick for you.
