Shipping (COVID19 Update)
- How much is the shipping cost?
- Please refer to our Shipping policy and price.
- Do you provide tracking number?
- Now we only use shipping method with tracking service included.
- Why is the shipping price so expensive?
- The shipping price has increased due to COVID19 pandemic, we have no choice but to increase the shipping price. However, we also provide "free additional sticker sheets of your choice" to compensate the shipping price. For example, if you live in USA. Your order need to be at least $20 usd plus shipping $10 usd. However, you will get 3 additional sticker sheets which equals to $7.50 usd. Meaning that you only pay $2.50 usd, which is the same as our non-tracking old price!
- Why my order is rejected even though you ship to my country?
- It must be that your order was less than the minimum order required. Please see this page Shipping policy and price. We've listed the minimum purchase requirement for each country.
- Who pays for the custom fees and import taxes?
- Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. *European and Canadian customers please beware!* If you want to make a big order, we highly suggested you to make multiple orders.
- Do you accept custom design stickers or drawings?
- We apologised that at the moment we don't accept custom designs.
- However, we do have the "requested stickers" on our Facebook group.
- How to customise skin colour and hair colour for Hana and Lola stickers?
- The colours for BF, friends, children, please write down the option on note to shop during Checkout.
Problems with my order:
- I bought your stickers or other products and found out that there was a mistake. What should I do?
- Incorrect spelling
- Colours are not correct (Eg. wrong skin colour, hair colour etc.)
- Wrong cut
- Unable to peel the stickers, not kiss-cut properly.
- The stickers I ordered weren't in the package!
- This is not my order.
- Stickers in the wrong size.
Please contact us and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible or refund that particular products. We apologised for the inconvenience.
I want to cancel my order
We apologised that our shop don't accept cancellation after purchase.
