Shipping: 

  • How much is the shipping cost?
    • We offer 2 types of shipping.
    • $2.50 usd is the shipping without tracking service. Therefore, we won't be able to help you with the tracking status. We also won't be responsible for the lost mail. We highly recommend you to purchase the tracking.
    • $4.50 usd is tracking service included.
  • Do you provide tracking number?
    • Yes! Please purchase "Add tracking service $4.50 USD".
    • For Canadiancustomers, the tracking service is included in every order (shipped via DHL Global Mail Registered). Please remember to give us your telephone number in order for us to create the shipping label. 
    • For United States customers, where are 2 options which included tracking service:
      • $4.50 usd = Normal shipping (E-Packet) with tracking service included.
      • $10 usd = Shipped via USPS. Once USPS received the package, it usually takes 7-10 business days for you to receive the order.
    • For Australian customers, the tracking service cost $6.50 usd (shipped via E-Packet). You can choose 2 additional sticker sheets as the compensate for extra shipping cost.

 

Custom design:

  • Do you accept custom design stickers or drawings?
    • We apologised that at the moment we don't accept custom designs.
    • However, we do have the "requested stickers" on our Facebook group.
  • How to customise skin colour and hair colour for Hana and Lola stickers?
    • The colours for BF, friends, children, please write down the option on note to shop during Checkout.

Problems with my order:

  • I bought your stickers or other products and found out that there was a mistake. What should I do?
    • Incorrect spelling
    • Colours are not correct (Eg. wrong skin colour, hair colour etc.)
    • Wrong cut
    • Unable to peel the stickers, not kiss-cut properly.
    • The stickers I ordered weren't in the package!
    • This is not my order.
    • Stickers in the wrong size.
Please contact us and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible or refund that particular products. We apologised for the inconvenience.
